This was a really dope show that took place at Prospect Park in Brooklyn. The lineup was Skyzoo, Neek the Exotic and Large Professor, Joell Ortiz, Smiff N Wessun and Raekwon!!! Sick!!! Mr. Beatz is NOT Dead!!! LOL
That's right, I'm still alive and kickin!!! LOL I know I've taken a huge break from this blog, but I've been mad busy juggling so many things between my personal life and working on new material. Yes, A LOT OF NEW MATERIAL!!! I'm working on a lot of beats, lyrics, songs, and a couple of collabos in the works. I don't have a definite direction for the next project yet, but I'm knocking out mad songs in the meantime and will eventually share the word about my plans for the next project soon!

Mr. Beatz's New "Spit Therapy" Album Coming March 30th!!!
It's finally official!!! The new and FINAL release date for my new "Spit Therapy" album is March 30th!!! I've had a few setbacks that kept pushing this release back, but now I'm ready to put it out there. I can also say that I put my blood, sweat and tears into this album in an attempt to create a timeless classic regardless of what everyone else is doing on radio or whatever. The result is amazing!!! This album is full of sick, raw Boom Bap production, ill lyricism, scratching, etc. If you've been longing for some raw Hip Hop that's missing from the radio then this is definitely an album for you to check out. Mark your calendars and PLEASE help me spread the word about it because I'm trying my best to make a lotta noise with this. That's all I would ever ask from anyone.
I don't want to give too much info away about the album, but I had a few friends like Poison Pen, Homeboy Sandman and Oxygen show up and stroll into the vocal booth during this album's creation lol. More info on the album release party and new videos coming soon!

Mr. Beatz & Sha Stimuli Live on the Halftime Radio Show with DJ Eclipse!!!
Here's the recording from last week when Sha Stimuli and I were up on the world famous Halftime radio show with DJ Eclipse. The crazy thing is that our interview was during the last few minutes of the show, which is why my freestyle was so short. Sha Stimuli's verse is long, but the show was actually cut off during his verse. The recording obviously continues anyway. Shout out to my homie DJ Eclipse for this!!!

Mr. Beatz On Stage at the WORLD FAMOUS Apollo Theater!!!
This past weekend I had the opportunity to perform with a few other MCs and represent the Hip Hop Cultural Center at the WORLD FAMOUS Apollo Theater in Harlem during a couple of show they had for celebrating their 75th anniversary. I had a lot of fun and it was great to be able to rock on such an historic stage. So many greats have hit that stage and it's dope that I can now say that I've rocked on that stage! Shout out to Curtis and all of the other MCs who rocked for the Hip Hop Cultural Center!!!
